The last week and a half has been a blitz! A fun blitz, but a blitz nonetheless. It began with an appearance for the Mount Dora Children's home. For those of you who live in the Orlando area, these are the guys who collect old cars and fix them up to raise funds for the home and school. It is a worthy charity, which does so so much good for children, orphaned, on the streets and otherwise who need love. They get a GREAT education too. Virtually all of their graduated attend college.
Next I participated in a television show, and attended the NADA trade show, where I posed for photos and served and visited my good friend Don Grasso, owner of Rytec Doors.
I then flew to Mount Pleasant, MI where I performed my Bill and George's Excellent adventure Show four times with my buddy Dale Leigh (Bill Clinton)
I returned home, and after a few hours rest, jumped in my car and drove to Atlanta, where Dale and I participated in APCA, a 4 day trade show for Colleges.
From there I flew to Washington DC, where I had the extreme honor of speaking and performing at CPAC, the Conservative Political Action Conference, at the Ronald Reagan Banquet. My son Stephen was one of my secret service agents and played harmonica. What a hoot! We were well received, and I posed for a kazillion pictures.
